What NexGen QA does
NexGen QA puts AI evaluation and software testing in one workspace. For AI features it provides LLM and agent tracing over OpenTelemetry, online evaluations, human review queues, prompt management with versions and labels, versioned evaluation datasets and scorers, RAG metrics, red-team campaigns mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, agent execution against your own endpoint, multimodal evaluation, CI release gates and exportable evidence. Alongside that it offers 35+ software testing modules, including API, security (DAST and SAST), accessibility, performance and load, database, visual regression and more. Every AI call uses your own model provider key.

How it is hosted
NexGen hosts the application, its database and orchestration. The controls above decide what is stored, where your bucket-backed files live, and who can sign in; they do not move the service into your cloud.
On-premise deployment is not part of the published plans and is available only by separate agreement.
What we do not claim
- No FedRAMP authorization, FedRAMP Ready designation or DoD Impact Level authorization.
- No SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certificate. Framework names on this site describe evidence or control mapping, not certification.
- No uptime service-level agreement on Free or Pro.
