Is there a free plan, and do I need a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan is $0/month for up to 3 users and includes the dashboard, test case management, the test scheduler and basic integrations. No credit card is required. AI features are not included on the Free plan.

How much does the Professional plan cost?

Professional is $199/month per seat (a single-seat license) and includes 2,000 AI credits per month, 30+ testing modules, all AI testing features, self-healing tests and priority support. Additional AI credits beyond the monthly allowance are $0.12 each.

What is an AI credit?

Each AI-powered operation consumes credits based on its compute complexity — for example, 1 credit for an AI browser recording, 2 for AI test generation from natural language, 3 for a self-healing repair, and 5 for advanced AI testing such as red teaming or RAG validation. The full per-operation table is listed on this page. 2,000 credits is roughly 400 standard AI tests.

How are Enterprise and Government priced?

Both are custom-priced. Enterprise includes unlimited users, 10,000 AI credits per month (overage $0.08/credit), the BYOK GitHub Actions runner, custom AI models, SSO/SCIM/audit logs and a custom SLA. Government includes unlimited users, 15,000 AI credits per month (overage $0.07/credit), the BYOK runner, Login.gov SSO, IL5 architecture and air-gapped support.

Which plans include the BYOK GitHub Actions runner?

Enterprise and Government. With BYOK, tests run inside your own GitHub Actions runner using AI provider keys stored in your own GitHub Secrets, and BYOK tenants are billed for orchestration only — model API costs flow through your own provider account. Your keys never leave your perimeter.
